In addition to the two principal founding partners, equity shares are allocated to various technical experts, with both the founders and technicians being of Italian origin.

Our company also aims to be a benchmark for North and Central Africa through its highly technical laboratory, catering to all laboratory analysis needs related to minerals, agriculture, and the agri-food sector.
With gold and coltan extraction as our main activities, the company maintains a comprehensive industrial chain from exploration, mining, processing, and metallurgy (refining), to further processing and sale of gold products. This is supplemented by a relevant scientific and technological research and development system.
Grahe Mining Salone Limited has a registered capital of 1 million USD and an operational capacity to process several tons of gold per year. Moreover, the company has introduced a parallel currency backed by gold assets.

Water is a fundamental resource, and its effective management is crucial for the sustainability of our operations and the ecosystems of the communities in which we operate.
Aquatic Activities
Our primary interactions with water occur at our active mining sites in the Kono region of Sierra Leone. These operations require water for mineral processing, dust control, village needs, and the provision of potable water.
We adopt a progressive approach to responsible water management and acknowledge that our operations have the potential to impact water resources, whether for potability or agricultural purposes.
We mitigate these impacts by adhering to all regulatory requirements as an absolute minimum and implementing sustainable and adaptive water management practices across all our sites.
The water we extract from adjacent rivers is used to supply our separation operations. After usage, this water is allowed to settle in designated artificial basins. It is then purified through phytoremediation using specific aquatic plants. Fish are introduced into these basins for mosquito control. The basin or small lake will create a microclimate suitable for agricultural cultivation and will feed an irrigation water network.
The reuse of water is subject to a hierarchy of water quality, which ensures that the reused water is of adequate quality for the required purpose.
No processing water is returned to the river before it has been allowed to settle and purified in the settling basins. In addition, our laboratory conducts weekly analyses of the potable water.
